The St. Regis Florence

We booked for our 25th wedding anniversary and were given a wonderful room and champagne. The room was very large with 2 balconies very quiet and beautiful. The bathroom was fantastic. Very clean, bed very comfortable and the service was very good

From the moment we walked in. Your staff absolutely exceptional on all levels. Andre and Fabio in the bar. The concierge Oscar. The women in the spa fabulous. So very special. Every second. Of every day.

Fantastic hotel. Not so good for meals. But in Florence there are 2000 restuarants and eating out is a main experience even for breakfast.

Everyone at the St Regis is lovely and welcoming! property and service is pristine! Accommodations are remarkable. Room service is an experience worth photographing! I love this hotel more then anyplace in the world! So will you!

The hotel is located in an old palazzo. Great location next to the river Arno in the historical centre. The quality of service and staff friendliness were exceptional. I would like to commend the lady at check-in and the concierge!
